Apex Plus Terms and Conditions – Philippines

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active Apex Plus account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Apex Plus will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. • Account registration is free of charge on Apex Plus.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Apex Plus account.
• You must notify Apex Plus promptly if any of your registered account details change.
• Apex Plus reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on Apex Plus are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Apex Plus supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO internet banking, BPI internet banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but start from ₱50 for e-wallet methods. Apex Plus does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges. Deposit funds are credited to your Apex Plus balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt.

Withdrawals: Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed the same day. Sports and boxing betting markets on Apex Plus are governed by published bet settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of Apex Plus is final. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Apex Plus and constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on Apex Plus.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact on Apex Plus.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Apex Plus platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Apex Plus platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of Apex Plus or adversely affects other players' experience.

All content on the Apex Plus platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Apex Plus or its licensed suppliers. No content from the Apex Plus platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from Apex Plus.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Apex Plus platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any software or technology underlying the Apex Plus platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Apex Plus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions or unavailability of the Apex Plus platform due to technical issues or maintenance.
• Errors in game software or data transmission that result in incorrect game outcomes.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you in the course of betting or gaming on Apex Plus.

Apex Plus does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance, but reserve the right to take the platform offline for emergency maintenance without prior notice.
